• Operate and support paper slitting and packaging machines according to established procedures and training.
• Provide coverage for paper slitting operators during breaks, absences, and schedule gaps.
• Supply raw materials to machines and remove finished products for packaging and staging.
• Assist with machine changeovers and basic preventive maintenance tasks.
• Perform data entry and maintain required production and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including managing supplies and materials.
• Cross-train on multiple machines and support production needs as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in a technical field preferred.

• Previous manufacturing or production line experience required.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts in a production environment.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

As a Production Worker you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions.
