Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | 6 AM – 4:30 PM | Monday – Thursday (OT as need on Fridays)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math and computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Problem-solving mindset with openness to feedback and improvement

Responsibilities

• Assemble, build, and test parts/finished goods per blueprints, work orders, and specifications
• Complete assembly checklists accurately and on time
• Monitor and report stock levels to Shop Floor Lead(s)
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
• Uphold Wabtec’s Code of Conduct and company standards

As a Production Assembler you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions.
