Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7 AM – 3:30 PM

Requirements

  • 2+ years of shipping and warehouse logistics experience
  • Strong experience with WMS/ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
  • Familiarity with major shipping platforms (FedEx required)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed

Job Duties

  • Prepare and process outbound shipments per repair orders, internal requests, and shipping instructions
  • Pack materials according to industry shipping standards (ATA 300 or similar)
  • Perform shipping transactions using ERP/WMS systems (Oracle preferred)
  • Generate shipping labels and documentation using carrier software (FedEx required; UPS/DHL a plus)
  • Coordinate and schedule carrier pickups
  • Track, trace, and update shipment status; proactively communicate delays or issues
  • Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records

What You Will Do

As a Shipping Specialist you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.

A Shipping Specialist contributes to efficient warehouse operations by helping products move safely and accurately from receiving through final shipment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.

The Shipping Specialist works with inventory, shipping documentation, warehouse equipment, and storage systems while maintaining productivity and workplace safety. Accurate work helps ensure customer orders are completed successfully.
