Location: Tucson, AZ
Pay Rate: $20.80 per hour
Schedule: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical school, vocational training, or industrial maintenance certification preferred.
Experience Requirements
- Manufacturing experience required
- Must be able to read blueprints and engineering drawings
- Experience with quality control processes preferred
- Mechanical manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with measuring equipment, autoclaves, or sandblasting is a plus
- Set up and operate manufacturing machinery
- Perform production operations according to drawings, prints, and documented procedures
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Use hand tools and equipment such as utility knives, sandblasters, and speed lathes
- Complete daily production logs and documentation
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
- Maintain compliance with quality systems and procedures
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Model safe work practices at all times
- Stand and work on your feet for the entire shift
- Frequently bend, squat, walk, reach, and handle materials
- Lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly
- Perform repetitive tasks requiring strong manual dexterity
- Available to work overtime as needed

What You Will DoAs a Manufacturing Technician you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, replace worn components, document completed work, and work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards.
A Manufacturing Technician helps maintain the systems that allow businesses to operate safely, efficiently, and productively. This position requires a strong understanding of equipment operation, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques across a variety of mechanical systems.
The Manufacturing Technician uses observation, analysis, and technical knowledge to identify maintenance concerns and restore equipment to proper working condition. Attention to detail and quality workmanship are essential for maintaining dependable operations.
