Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Operations Specialist to join our Strategy and Business Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations process. You will play a key role in managing revenue reports, tracking payment statuses, and recording revenue in our systems. Your work will contribute to the smooth operation of our SPG group and the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Operations Management/Forecasting.
  • Manage and update the revenue/payment tracker, maintaining a detailed history of revenue amounts and payment statuses.
  • Support forecasting processes by analyzing data trends.
  • Create and issue accurate invoices according to internal policies.
  • Ensure all invoices are aligned with the revenue data and are processed promptly.
  • Record revenue accurately in the system, ensuring that all entries are aligned with the revenue reports and financial policies.
  • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding payments and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable balances to ensure accuracy.
  • Process Improvement.
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline invoicing and revenue recording processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial operations processes.
  • Work closely with the finance teams and the service partnership management team to ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting/payment.
  • Support the Financial Operations Manager with ad hoc financial projects and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Operations, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of financial and/or accounting experience required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to support forecasting processes, including analyzing historical data and identifying key trends for actionable insights.
  • Quick grasp and ability to adapt to the structure of operational trackers and tools to ensure seamless workflow integration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual preferred – English and Korean.
