Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 4:30 PM

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.
- Minimum 6 months of lead, supervisory, or management experience required
- Previous forklift operating experience required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Oversee daily inbound warehouse operations
- Coordinate trailer movements and call trailers to dock doors
- Organize and direct team members on the warehouse floor
- Sort and stage pallets in designated areas
- Communicate operational updates to the Store Delivery Supervisor
- Assist with workflow coordination to meet productivity goals
- Support problem-solving and maintain efficient operations
- Promote safety, teamwork, and attendance standards
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.

As a Bilingual Warehouse Lead you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.
A Bilingual Warehouse Lead supports efficient warehouse and distribution operations by helping move products accurately from receiving through final shipment. This position combines organization, physical capability, and attention to detail to support reliable supply chain performance.
