Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of 60 semester or 90 quarter college units, including business-related coursework
- Additional qualifying experience may substitute for coursework on a year-for-year basis
- At least seven years of varied secretarial experience
- At least four years supporting executive-level administrators
- Higher education or community college experience preferred
- Ability to type at least 50 net words per minute
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Galaxy or Datatel experience preferred
- Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, and public relations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret and explain policies and procedures
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion
Job Duties
- Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Record and distribute meeting minutes
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain budgets and financial records
- Support purchasing and procurement processes
- Manage website content and data reporting
- Respond to public and customer inquiries
- Maintain files and indexed records
- Operate standard office equipment
- Direct work-study students and short-term support employees
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership
