Requirements

• Previous machine-operating experience
• Laminating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to set up and adjust production machinery
• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills
• Ability to complete production records accurately
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to wear required PPE
• Commitment to workplace safety

Job Duties

• Set up, operate, and monitor laminating machines
• Load and align materials accurately
• Adjust machine settings for quality and performance
• Inspect laminated products for defects
• Report quality and equipment concerns
• Clean and lubricate machinery
• Complete minor equipment repairs
• Report major mechanical problems
• Maintain production and machine-performance records
• Complete production logs and paperwork
• Work with team members to meet production goals
• Follow all safety procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned
