Requirements
- Previous machine-operating experience
- Laminating or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to set up and adjust production machinery
- Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills
- Ability to complete production records accurately
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to wear required PPE
- Commitment to workplace safety
Job Duties
- Set up, operate, and monitor laminating machines
- Load and align materials accurately
- Adjust machine settings for quality and performance
- Inspect laminated products for defects
- Report quality and equipment concerns
- Clean and lubricate machinery
- Complete minor equipment repairs
- Report major mechanical problems
- Maintain production and machine-performance records
- Complete production logs and paperwork
- Work with team members to meet production goals
- Follow all safety procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
