Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6 AM – 2 PM

Job Duties

  • Support printing press operations, machine setup, changeovers, and label production.
  • Assist with kitting, tooling preparation, ink mixing, plate mounting, and press cleaning.
  • Perform packaging, collating, wrapping, stacking, and shipping functions.
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, store, and retrieve materials accurately.
  • Follow quality control, ISO, product safety, and data integrity standards.
  • Complete routine housekeeping, equipment cleaning, and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, production, and shipping records.
  • Collaborate across departments to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
  • Adhere to all workplace safety policies and procedures.
  • Support additional production and warehouse duties as assigned, including overtime when needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in manufacturing, printing, warehouse, packaging, or production environments preferred.
  • Ability to read work instructions, measurements, rulers, and basic fractions.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable learning new equipment, processes, and computer systems.
  • Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification preferred.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly and heavier loads occasionally.

As a Production Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Production Associate supports successful manufacturing operations through dependable production work, quality awareness, and teamwork. This role requires strong work habits, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safe manufacturing environments.
