Schedule: Monday – Friday | 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Ability to use voltmeters, ohmmeters, pyrometers, and pressure gauges
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and trade-safety precautions
- Basic algebra and geometry skills
- Ability to calculate percentages, proportions, area, circumference, and volume
- Ability to read department metrics and bar graphs
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Job Duties
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical problems
- Inspect malfunctioning equipment and determine corrective action
- Replace worn or broken parts
- Disassemble, clean, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical components
- Test installed, rebuilt, and repaired equipment
- Inspect machinery guarding and other safety features
- Test and evaluate equipment performance
- Inspect pumps, fans, valves, and motors
- Order necessary maintenance materials
- Support state and federal environmental and safety compliance
- Follow established safety procedures
- Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned

What You Will DoAs a Maintenance Associate you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, replace worn components, document completed work, and work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards.
A Maintenance Associate is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the equipment and systems that keep business operations running efficiently. This role combines mechanical knowledge, technical problem-solving, and hands-on repair skills to support reliable production and facility performance.
Successful Maintenance Associate candidates understand how mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems work together to support daily operations. They use technical knowledge, diagnostic skills, and preventative maintenance practices to identify issues before they become major problems and to restore equipment when repairs are needed.
