Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Associate – Shipping, Receiving & Pick Pack to support daily warehouse operations. If you have experience with order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, unloading trucks, and inventory handling, this is a great opportunity to put your warehouse skills to work on a first-shift schedule.

Warehouse Associate – Shipping, Receiving & Pick Pack Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Equivalent warehouse experience will be considered.

Warehouse Associate – Shipping, Receiving & Pick Pack Experience Requirements
  • 1–2 years of warehouse, shipping and receiving, pick/pack, or distribution experience preferred.
  • Experience processing customer returns is preferred.
  • Experience unloading trucks and handling incoming shipments.
  • Ability to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Warehouse Associate – Shipping, Receiving & Pick Pack Job Duties
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
  • Process returned merchandise following company procedures.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization.
  • Verify products and quantities for order accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Warehouse Associate – Shipping, Receiving & Pick Pack Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout an 8-hour shift.
  • Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive movement.
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
  • Ability to safely move, organize, and transport warehouse materials.
  • Ability to wear appropriate warehouse attire, including closed-toe shoes.
