Now hiring for a Hand Soldering Technician (PCB Assembly)
Location: Manchester, OH
Pay Rate: $14.50 – $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous electronics assembly, PCB soldering, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- IPC soldering certification or related training is a plus.
Hand Soldering Technician (PCB Assembly) Experience Requirements
- Experience with hand soldering, electronic assembly, or PCB manufacturing preferred.
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small components.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, drawings, and specifications.
- Familiarity with hand soldering stations and electronic rework tools.
- Ability to inspect components and solder joints for quality standards.
- Good vision and ability to perform detailed inspection work.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work cooperatively as part of a team.
- Manually install electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) per design requirements.
- Remove, install, and solder various electronic components.
- Perform hand soldering and electronic rework tasks.
- Inspect component placement to ensure accuracy and proper alignment.
- Inspect solder joints to verify compliance with IPC standards.
- Operate hand soldering stations and rework tools.
- Maintain quality and productivity while completing assigned assembly tasks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
