Requirements

  • 2+ years of machine operator experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Experience operating high-speed industrial machinery
  • Proficient using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Operate and monitor high-speed machinery in a production environment
  • Set up machines for production runs and make necessary adjustments
  • Perform routine quality inspections to ensure product quality and consistency
  • Verify specifications using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
  • Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Identify and report equipment issues or production defects
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
  • Communicate machine performance and production status
  • Follow all company safety and quality standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Will Do

As a Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Machine Operator supports manufacturing by operating production equipment according to established procedures and quality standards. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced production environments.

A successful Machine Operator understands machine operation, product inspection, material handling, and equipment monitoring while maintaining productivity and workplace safety. Reliable performance contributes directly to manufacturing success.
