Location: Fayetteville, AR
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour | Schedule: Monday-Friday | Day Shift: 7 AM-4 PM or 8 AM-5 PM

Cleanroom Technician Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED required.
- Additional training or coursework in pharmaceutical manufacturing, laboratory science, or a related field is preferred.
Cleanroom Technician Skills + Experience Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, medical device, laboratory, or food production experience preferred.
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, or aseptic processing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to follow detailed written procedures and accurately complete documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and contamination control.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn new procedures quickly and work independently after training.
- Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Cleanroom Technician Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the work shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive production and cleaning tasks.
- Ability to wear full cleanroom PPE for extended periods.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout cleanroom and production areas as needed.
- Ability to work in a sterile, controlled cleanroom environment while following strict gowning and contamination-control procedures.
- Perform production activities in a sterile cleanroom while following proper gowning, handwashing, and aseptic techniques.
- Prepare, stage, and inspect materials and components for pharmaceutical production.
- Assist with sterile compounding and production processes according to established procedures.
- Follow Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality requirements.
- Clean and sanitize cleanroom equipment and production areas according to established schedules.
- Inspect materials for quality, integrity, and expiration dates.
- Complete accurate production records, batch documentation, and required paperwork.
- Monitor production equipment and immediately report issues, deviations, or quality concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and contamination-free work environment.
- Collaborate with pharmacy, quality, and production teams to meet production and quality goals.
