Location: Apex, NC
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour | Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Senior Team Lead Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- An equivalent combination of warehouse experience and training will be considered.
Senior Team Lead Skills + Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience required.
- Previous experience in a lead, trainer, or senior warehouse role preferred.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, lifts, and forklifts.
- Ability to read and understand shipping documents, inventory records, and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory and shipments.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and shipping calculations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting team goals.
- Ability and willingness to obtain forklift and lift equipment certifications.
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, including quantities and documentation.
- Stock and replenish inventory in designated storage locations while maintaining organization and accuracy.
- Pick, stage, organize, and deliver finished goods using hand scanners and warehouse systems.
- Pack customer orders efficiently based on shipping requirements and delivery methods.
- Evaluate shipping needs based on product size, weight, and urgency to support cost-effective solutions.
- Train, coach, and support warehouse associates while providing hands-on leadership and guidance.
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, lifts, and forklifts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following all safety procedures.
- Develop knowledge of company products, warehouse processes, and operational standards.
- Lead by example by promoting teamwork, accountability, and efficiency.
- Perform additional warehouse duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Senior Team Lead, Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing 60–80 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and move throughout the warehouse environment.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks involving picking, packing, stocking, and inventory handling.
- Ability to participate in physical inventory counts, including occasional work outside of regular business hours.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment while following all safety requirements.
