Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour | 4-10 hour shifts: Monday-Thursday | 6 AM-4:30 PM

Production Associate Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.

- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
- Operate manufacturing equipment, power tools, and specialized instruments
- Perform assembly tasks while maintaining quality and production standards
- Monitor work processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of finished products
- Communicate with team members and leadership to meet production goals
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and production problems
- Support team training and daily operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Maintain reliable attendance and follow workplace procedures
