Equipment Operator Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience operating heavy equipment required
• Excavation equipment experience required 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled temps

Job Duties

• Operate Heavy equipment and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Move materials to designated storage areas, production lines, or shipping zones
• Follow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company policies
• Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and shipping/receiving personnel

As a Equipment Operator you will receive, move, stage, load, unload, organize, and transport materials throughout warehouse or manufacturing operations. You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures.

The Equipment Operator supports successful warehouse operations through safe material movement, inventory organization, and dependable warehouse support. This role requires strong work habits, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
