Location: Lancaster, TX
Pay Rate: $17.50 – $18.00 per hour
4-Day Work Week: Monday-Thursday | 1st Shift: 7 AM-3:30 PM | 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM-12 AM

Quality Auditor – Education Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Quality Auditor – Skills + Experience Requirements
- Previous warehouse auditing, inventory control, or quality control experience preferred.
- Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to identify and investigate inventory or order discrepancies.
- Basic documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Audit completed orders for correct product, quantity, labeling, and packaging.
- Verify inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
- Perform cycle counts and support inventory control processes.
- Document quality issues and communicate findings to supervisors.
- Ensure products meet established quality standards.
- Use RF scanners and WMS technology to complete warehouse audits.
- Maintain accurate quality records and complete required reports.
- Follow safety, GMP, and warehouse procedures.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
Quality Auditor – Physical Capabilities
- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Bend and perform repetitive warehouse tasks.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work in temperatures ranging from approximately 42°F to 55°F.
- Work in both regular warehouse and cold storage areas.
- Wear required steel-toe shoes.

What You Will DoAs a Quality Auditor you will inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and engineering specifications.
