Now hiring AP Coordinator in Eaton, OH
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour | Monday-Friday | 8 AM-4:30 PM

  • Previous experience in accounts payable, accounting, finance, or a related role
  • Knowledge of accounts payable processes and basic accounting principles
  • Experience processing and verifying invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
  • Strong account reconciliation and discrepancy resolution skills
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain accurate vendor records and financial documentation
  • Experience supporting month-end close and audit preparation preferred
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal departments and vendors
AP Coordinator Job Duties + Responsibilities
  • Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders for payment
  • Ensure vendor payments are accurate, properly approved, and completed on time
  • Maintain accurate vendor files and accounts payable records
  • Research and resolve invoice, payment, and account discrepancies
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and supporting documentation
  • Prepare accounts payable reports and financial information as needed
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations
  • Support audit preparation by gathering and organizing required documentation
  • Collaborate with internal departments to obtain proper approvals and supporting documents
  • Communicate with vendors regarding invoice and payment inquiries
  • Maintain accurate financial records and follow established accounting procedures
  • Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned
