Location: Mount Sterling, KY
Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour | Second Shift: 5 PM – 3:30 AM | Monday-Thursday

  • Assemble products according to established procedures and work instructions
  • Operate production equipment and support daily manufacturing processes
  • Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards
  • Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment
  • Maintain production pace while meeting safety and quality expectations
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
  • Follow company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
  • Complete production paperwork and required documentation
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Will Do 

As a Production Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Production Associate plays an important role in manufacturing by supporting production processes that transform raw materials into finished products. This position requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced production environments.
