Schedule: AM Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Sunday – Wednesday OR Wednesday – Saturday

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

Experience Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• 1+ years office/clerical or inventory experience
• Ability to perform physical tasks (including climbing into trailers)
• Willingness to support shop functions within a 65-mile radius
• Experience in maintenance, trucking, or logistics preferred
• 1+ year with fleet maintenance software
• Strong Microsoft Office & data entry skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

Job Duties:

• Manage parts inventory using fleet management software
• Track inventory, PM schedules, and repair records
• Process purchase orders and prepare cost estimates
• Order parts daily and communicate with vendors
• Expedite orders and ensure timely parts availability
• Support maintenance staff and shop operations
