Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexibility with hours is essential)
Employment Type: 6 month contract

Requirements
  • 0–1 year of experience in administration, customer service, office support, or a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
  • Strong teamwork skills with the flexibility to support multiple teams
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is a plus
Job Duties:
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and video conferences across multiple time zones
  • Manage calendars and schedules for banking professionals
  • Handle high volumes of emails and phone communications with accuracy and professionalism
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, visas, and transportation
  • Process expenses and invoices in a timely manner
  • Book meeting rooms and manage logistics for internal and client-facing events
  • Provide administrative support on ad hoc projects and daily team requirements
  • Assist with holiday and phone coverage for colleagues
  • Resolve day-to-day operational issues while maintaining workflow efficiency
