Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Experience Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in administration, customer service, office support, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
- Resourceful, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Team-oriented with the flexibility to support multiple departments.
- Experience in a remote or hybrid work environment is a plus.
Job Duties
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and video conferences across multiple time zones.
- Manage calendars and schedules for banking professionals.
- Handle high-volume phone calls and email correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa applications.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and event logistics across multiple locations.
- Process expenses, invoices, and other administrative documentation.
- Provide day-to-day support for bankers and assist with ad hoc projects.
- Maintain workflow efficiency while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Provide team coverage during absences and support cross-functional business needs.
