Pay Rate: Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous experience operating multiple types of warehouse equipment required
  • Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment preferred
  • Experience handling international shipments is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Basic math and inventory skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and operate equipment throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures

Job Duties

As a PIT Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The PIT Operator plays an important role in manufacturing by operating equipment that supports efficient production and consistent product quality. This position requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to monitor equipment throughout the production process.

Successful PIT Operator candidates understand manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and safe operating practices while helping maintain reliable production performance. Consistent execution contributes directly to operational success.
