Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay Rate: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
Schedule: Day shift | Monday – Friday (Should be able to work between 6:30 AM & 5:00 PM)

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or machine repair experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills involving CNC equipment, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical components.
- Working knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
- Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain production machinery independently.
- CNC machine tool technician experience is a plus.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, controls, drives, motors, and mechanical assemblies.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine machine inspections and ensure proper lubrication, fluid levels, and equipment cleanliness.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and mechanical drawings.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with production supervisors and managers.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow all safety procedures and environmental compliance requirements, including spill response protocols.
- Assist with general facility maintenance and other duties as assigned.

What You Will DoAs a Maintenance Technician you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, replace worn components, document completed work, and work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards.
A Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the equipment and systems that keep business operations running efficiently. This role combines mechanical knowledge, technical problem-solving, and hands-on repair skills to support reliable production and facility performance.
Successful Maintenance Technician candidates understand how mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems work together to support daily operations.
