Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for 8–10 hours
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including warm temperatures
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as production demands require
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Job Duties

• Perform production and assembly tasks following established work instructions
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Load, unload, move, and handle materials throughout the production process
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet daily production goals while working independently or with a team
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Perform additional production duties as assigned
