Pay Rate: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We’re hiring Maintenance Electrician pros in West Chester who can handle anything that breaks, rattles, or sounds rough. If you’re the one everyone calls when things go sideways, this is your spot.

Qualifications: 

• 3-5 years of industrial electrician experience.
• Proficient knowledge of electrical circuits and industrial controls is required.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical assembly drawings is required.
• Proficient use of hand tools.
• Critical thinking and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications: PLC programming and troubleshooting of Lenze and Siemens preferred.

Education Requirements: 

• Associate degree, Certificate, or equivalent technical training or experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial electro-mechanical equipment.

Job Duties: 

• Install new electrical systems, industrial equipment, etc.
• Troubleshoot problems with electrical equipment.
• Update maintenance logs and records.
• Preventative maintenance on existing equipment.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager on special projects, new equipment arrivals, installations, etc.
• Replace/ repair all parts that are broken, damaged, or showing signs of wear.
• Perform additional inspections as required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize tasks/projects based on business needs.
• Meet safety, environmental, quality, and housekeeping standards.
