Location: Tomball , TX
Pay Rate: $16.50 – $17.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st and 2nd shift

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED preferred — or real-world know-how that gets the job done.
• Assembly or manufacturing experience is required (1 year).
• Can lift (up to) 25 lbs, stay active, and handle the grind.
• Show up on time, stay safe, and have your team’s back.

Job Duties: 

• Follow all process SOPs and training to ensure proper machine operation and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while complying with all company rules and safety procedures.
• Monitor product quality throughout the process and report any abnormalities to the team leader.
• Record production data, complete shift handovers, and communicate machine and material status.
• Strive to meet production goals for efficiency and quality, and complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
