These are the qualifications that matter (Requirements & Job Duties):

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years Manufacturing Engineering experience in a production environment preferred
• Hands-on shop floor experience with troubleshooting and process improvement
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and production launches
• Ability to design tooling, fixtures, jigs, and manufacturing aids
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes, workflows, and production efficiency
• Create and maintain work instructions, routers, setup sheets, and manufacturing documentation
• Experience with Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and change control processes
• ERP experience (ECI Max or similar) including BOMs, routings, and labor standards
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience focused on cost, scrap, and efficiency
• Knowledge of quality systems (AS9100 preferred) and root cause analysis (CAPA, NCR, PFMEA)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to improve production performance
