Now hiring Aerospace Welder
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay Rate: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
Schedule: 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday?

Ready to spark your career and take your skills up a notch? We’re looking for a MIG welder in Cincinnati who can handle the heat, keep the metal moving, and take pride in building something solid.

Requirements: 

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 5 years of TIG welding experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of aerospace TIG welding experience.
  • Experience welding aerospace materials including Inconel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret welding symbols.
  • Ability to weld material thicknesses ranging from approximately .032″ to .090″.
  • Strong math and measurement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards.

Job Duties: 

  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on aerospace components and assemblies.
  • Weld stainless steel, aluminum, and Inconel materials to required specifications.
  • Operate robotic welding equipment when required.
  • Perform vertical-up welding and other advanced welding techniques.
  • Cut, grind, fit, position, and clamp fabricated metal components before welding.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, routers, sketches, weld symbols, and technical drawings.
  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to verify conformance to customer requirements.
  • Complete preventative maintenance on welding equipment.
  • Maintain production records and follow quality procedures.
  • Follow all safety policies and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
