How You’ll Make an Impact (Job Duties)

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Quality Team personnel to ensure compliance with procedures and standards
  • Manage Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Test/Metrology Labs, Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE), and Quality Systems teams
  • Drive resolution of internal and external product, process, and engineering quality concerns
  • Provide leadership and support throughout product development, launch, and manufacturing operations
  • Maintain and enhance quality management systems, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are consistently maintained at all levels
  • Serve as a key liaison between manufacturing sites, suppliers, customers, and internal departments to support product and process quality

Don’t miss your chance to step into a key leadership role where your expertise will drive quality, innovation, and continuous improvement. This direct-hire opportunity offers the chance to join a respected manufacturer and make an immediate impact from day one.
