Shape The Product (Job Duties)

• Operate production machinery used to cut, form, bend, shape, and spot-weld metal components
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and product specifications
• Monitor machine performance to ensure quality output and efficient production
• Perform routine quality checks to verify accuracy and compliance with specifications
• Record production counts, measurements, and operational data
• Utilize computer systems to track production activity and complete reporting
• Stack, package, and prepare finished products for shipment or the next stage of production
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

What It Takes to Succeed (Requirements)

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow work orders, production instructions, and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Basic computer skills for production tracking and data entry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, move, and handle production materials as needed
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and attendance record
• Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures
