From Surface Prep to Final Coat (Job Duties)

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, masking, and priming
• Mix liquid and powder coatings to proper specifications and consistency
• Operate spray guns and industrial painting equipment to apply coatings evenly
• Apply primer, base coat, and topcoat finishes to meet quality standards
• Inspect surfaces for coverage, defects, and finish consistency
• Work with heavy industrial equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly handle materials
• Follow all safety procedures and production requirements throughout the process

Built for the Booth (Requirements)

• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial shop environment
• Knowledge of safety practices and proper use of PPE
• Experience with liquid and/or powder coating applications preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods of time throughout the shift
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and spray application tools
• Prior work history or completion of vocational/technical training
• Must be able to wear required PPE: long sleeves, long pants, steel-toe shoes, safety hat, and glasses
