Location: Troy, OH
Pay Rate: $17.16 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift Available!

What You’ll Need

  • Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Familiarity with quality control standards and inspection procedures
  • Resourceful, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift 35-40 lbs. regularly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Operate and set up manufacturing equipment, including injection presses, CNC machines, and lathe-type machinery
  • Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards
  • Use hand and pneumatic tools, including ratchets and wrenches, as needed during production
  • Monitor machine performance and report equipment or quality issues promptly
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • Support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures
