The Daily Grind (aka Job Duties):

• Labeling and repackaging products according to work instructions
• Entering accurate quantities/sizes into the computer
• Meeting quality and speed metrics
• Loading and unloading boxes to and from conveyor lines or trucks, and palletizing boxes
• Building pallets of product
• Picking, packing, and shipping orders for our DTC department
• Using scan guns to scan products, pick orders, and enter numbers on a computer screen
• Moving product throughout the warehouse using a pallet jack or rolling cart

What You’ll Need to Succeed (aka Requirements):

• Able to use a computer touch screen, scan gun, label printer, rolling cart, step ladder, and pallet jack
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions in Spanish or English, and follow directions
• Good manual and physical dexterity
• Dependable, organized, hardworking, and punctual
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Accurate and detail-oriented
