Staffmark is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Lead in Brainerd, MN, for an industry-leading provider of quality wood finishes. This hands-on role requires at least two years of shipping experience and involves overseeing outbound shipments, packaging, inventory control, and forklift operations. Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Schedule: First Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Essential Functions:

• Oversee all shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Wrap, strap, and package pallets for shipment.
• Enter shipment data into the inventory management system to track packaged goods.
• Maintain inventory of boxes, inserts, and other packaging materials, including monthly stock assessments.
• Operate a forklift to move materials and shipments within the warehouse.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a shipping-focused role.
• Ability to lift 70-100 lbs regularly.
• Forklift experience required (training and certification available if needed).
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (no office work).
