The Floor Loader / Unloader is responsible for manually unloading containers and loading products onto pallets in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires continuous physical activity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to keep warehouse operations moving smoothly. Candidates should be comfortable with repetitive lifting, extended periods of standing, and adapting to changing workload demands throughout the shift.

What’s Required: 

• Lift, move, and sort products — sometimes by hand, sometimes with equipment
• Pick, pack, and prep orders so they’re ready to roll
• Use scanners or handhelds to keep track of what’s moving (we’ll train you)
• Stay on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs, and keep a steady pace
• Follow safety rules and keep the floor clear
• Show up, clock in, and put in a solid day’s work
