• You’ve got your diploma or GED and at least three years running CNC mills or lathes.
• You can read prints, check tolerances, and make sure every piece is right.
• You’re focused, reliable, and take pride in your craft.
• Safety isn’t optional — it’s just how you work.
• Ready to roll up your sleeves, lift, move, and make parts that count.

How You’ll Keep Production Moving
You’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machinery used to create precision components. You’ll inspect your work with calipers, micrometers, and gauges, ensuring every part meets tight tolerances. Each day brings something new — and as a CNC Machinist, you’ll play a key role in keeping production on track.

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or routers) to produce precision parts.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Measure and inspect finished components to ensure they meet specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize productivity and workflow.
