Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance mechanic
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to understand blueprints, diagrams, and ladder logic programs
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a team and independently achieve team objectives
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work overtime based on business needs
• The ability to lift 60 pounds
• Steel-toes

Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment and systems, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid-handling components, to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid systems.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance inspections and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Respond quickly to emergency repairs and make necessary adjustments to keep production lines running efficiently.
• Ensure smooth and efficient equipment changeovers to maintain production schedules.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and project details; develop and maintain operating procedures and maintenance standards.
• Communicate with equipment vendors and suppliers to coordinate parts, repairs, and technical support.
