We are hiring for Quality Control Inspector + Test Technician + Engineering Technician + Process Engineer Technician + Debug Technician + Lead + Quality Technician roles across multiple shifts. All positions are temp-to-hire with strong long-term potential.
Quality Control Inspector Details
Shift + Pay Info:
- Various Shifts
- Pay | $24.00 per hour
Quality Control Inspector Job Details:
- Prior experience working in a clean room or controlled manufacturing environment
- 2 years of experience
- Knowledge of clean room entry/exit procedures, gowning protocols, and contamination control practices
- Ability to properly use clean room garments, including gowns, gloves, masks, goggles, and hair covers
- Understanding of particle contamination prevention and adherence to unidirectional flow paths
- Ability to follow strict controlled manufacturing procedures and ESD requirements
- Experience with optical measurement systems, metrology equipment, or vision-based inspection tools
- Ability to run preprogrammed measurement routines and review dimensional measurement results
- Familiarity with fixtures and part positioning tools used for inspection
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with tight tolerances
Test Technician Details
Shift + Pay Info:
- 1st & 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | $32.00 per hour
- OT as needed
Test Technician Job Details:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Able to lift up to 40lbs
- Able to stand for full shift duration
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve all test and burn-in processes while ensuring compliance with safety, ISO-9000, BABT, and engineering standards.
- Analyze quality yields, field data, and process performance to identify improvement opportunities, implement corrective actions, and enhance product reliability.
- Support new product introductions and equipment initiatives by assisting with test program development, fixture fabrication, equipment evaluation, and capital justification projects.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, calibration, diagnostics, disaster recovery, and repair activities to maximize uptime and ensure all test and burn-in systems operate effectively.
- Lead cross-functional training, certification, and operational support efforts, including software builds, high-level repairs, equipment moves, and collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, and quality teams.
Engineering Technician Details

- 1st & 2nd Shift | $25.00 – $33.00 per hour
Engineering Technician Job Details:
- Associates degree, military training, equivalent vocational training, or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of related experience.
- Awareness of Flextronics technologies/ techniques.
- Demonstrates basic functional and/or process knowledge and participates in process.
- Basic competency related to function.
- Demonstrates technical skills.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and customers.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Process Engineering Technician Details

Engineering Technician Job Details:
- Associate’s Degree in a related field, technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Related experience ranges from entry level up to 6+ years based on role grade.
- Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills required, with the ability to work independently, support cross-functional teams, and potentially lead or guide other employees in higher-level roles.
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts and repetitive motion, regularly lift up to 25 pounds, and possess strong close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment abilities.
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot processing equipment to support process engineering tests, experiments, and production activities.
- Monitor production lines, audit processes, and provide technical guidance and support to line operators to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.
- Conduct test runs, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports, charts, and graphs to identify yield issues and support new product evaluations.
- Assist process development and engineering teams with technical problem-solving, process improvements, and implementation of new manufacturing methods.
- Utilize technical knowledge, company procedures, and independent judgment to complete routine to complex assignments, depending on experience level and grade classification.
Debug Technician Details

Debug Technician Job Details:
- Associate’s degree, military training, equivalent vocational training, or equivalent experience.
- 6-12 months of related experience.
- Troubleshoots and repairs complex mechanical and electrical assemblies used in equipment to the component level.
- Operates electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes and special tests as required.
- Provides technical assistance and guidance to other technical personnel.
- Works with engineering on functionality issues and procedure updates.
- Provides training when necessary to the new build and service assembler in the area.
- Contributes to the development of work instructions, batch records, equipment logs, material specifications and other device history documents.
- Helps monitor productivity by tracking yields and equipment cycle rates.
- Assists with the installation, debug and validation of process equipment.
- Follows all safety guidelines and reports unsafe conditions to supervisor.
- Develops and maintains Debug Guide to troubleshoot PCBA.
- Provides training and PCBA debugging guidance to other debug technicians.

Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree, vocational training, technical certification, or equivalent manufacturing experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production operations, process coordination, or electronics manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production flow, and process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, schedules, and moderately complex technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound operational decisions independently.
- Experience working with quality metrics, production reporting, downtime tracking, and manufacturing KPIs preferred.
- Intermediate math skills including percentages, ratios, rates, and interpretation of charts and graphs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily manufacturing operations and communicate production plans, priorities, and customer service concerns to production teams.
- Monitor production flow, identify bottlenecks, and escalate downtime or equipment-related issues to maintenance and technical support teams.
- Track material shortages and collaborate with purchasing and expediting teams to resolve supply chain issues impacting production.
- Support process development, continuous improvement, and cost reduction initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
- Monitor production quality indicators and take immediate action when targets are not achieved or scrap events occur.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for scrap reduction and production recovery activities across manufacturing processes.
- Assist with department resource planning, labor tracking, budgeting support, and management of department expenses.
- Track labor hours associated with NPI, pre-production builds, rework activities, and production support functions.
- Maintain communication between shifts to ensure smooth production handoff and operational continuity.

Quality Technician Job Details:
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, technical training, or equivalent manufacturing quality experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing quality, or related technical roles.
- Experience with first article inspections, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and manufacturing audits preferred.
- Working knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, SPC, FMEA, control plans, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, specifications, and technical documents.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and inspection tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and reporting systems.
- ASQ certifications such as CQT, CQA, CQPA, or CSSGB are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform product inspections, quality audits, first article inspections (FAI), out-of-box audits (OBA), and incoming material inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products for dimensional, cosmetic, electrical, and mechanical characteristics.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, specifications, layouts, and quality documentation to support inspection and testing activities.
- Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective and preventive action activities for internal manufacturing and supplier-related quality issues.
- Audit manufacturing processes for compliance with ESD handling practices, documentation accuracy, training requirements, and process integrity standards.
- Collect, analyze, and report quality data using statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Perform calibration activities for inspection equipment including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and related measuring instruments.
- Maintain calibration tracking systems, coordinate external calibration services, and ensure calibration records remain current and compliant.
- Support engineering and manufacturing teams by analyzing test results, implementing process improvements, and resolving quality concerns related to purchased materials and production processes.
- Prepare quality reports, charts, graphs, and audit documentation using quality systems and computer-based reporting tools.
