Salary: $110,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year

Here’s what we’re looking for.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field preferred
  • Master’s degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive EHS experience, including leadership responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and environmental compliance regulations
  • Proven experience leading EHS programs within a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic and proactive mindset
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all organizational levels

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the company’s EHS strategy in alignment with organizational goals
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, state, federal, and company safety regulations
  • Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide and site-specific EHS programs, policies, and procedures
  • Mentor and support EHS personnel across multiple locations, promoting professional development and regulatory awareness
  • Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations while ensuring timely corrective actions
  • Develop and track EHS KPIs, dashboards, and reporting metrics for senior leadership
  • Serve as the primary contact for regulatory inspections, inquiries, and permitting activities
  • Partner with operations and facilities teams to maintain effective fire, life safety, and environmental controls
  • Lead safety committees and promote proactive safety initiatives, behavioral safety programs, and accountability systems
  • Support Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and 5S initiatives
  • Manage EHS-related budgets, capital projects, vendors, and safety equipment programs
  • Provide technical guidance to leadership regarding compliance, risk mitigation, and best practices
  • Coach employees and leaders to reinforce a culture of environmental health and safety excellence
