Here’s what it takes to succeed with us.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain forklift and/or aerial lift certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial environments
• Ability to read basic technical diagrams, schematics, and maintenance manuals
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude

Day-to-Day:

Facility Maintenance & Repairs

• Perform routine building maintenance including painting, patching drywall, and basic carpentry repairs
• Replace common facility components such as lights, filters, batteries, and other consumables
• Perform basic plumbing tasks including unclogging drains and repairing minor leaks
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe maintenance storage and work areas
• Support preventative maintenance activities across building systems and infrastructure

Equipment & Mechanical Support

• Conduct basic mechanical maintenance tasks such as lubrication, inspections, and routine checks
• Assist maintenance team with equipment repairs, installations, and troubleshooting
• Identify, document, and report equipment or facility issues for escalation and resolution
• Support safe movement, setup, and handling of equipment and facility materials

Safety & Facility Operations

• Follow all safety protocols including PPE requirements and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures
• Identify and report unsafe conditions, hazards, or maintenance risks
• Support general housekeeping, waste management, and facility cleanliness standards
• Assist with grounds maintenance, including snow removal when required
• Ensure safe handling and transport of materials and facility items
