Floor-Ready Requirements

• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the entire shift
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

On the Line

• Work on a production line packaging and preparing products for shipment
• Load and unload materials from pallets and conveyor lines
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging
• Label, stack, wrap, and organize finished products
• Maintain production speed while following safety and quality standards
• Assist with palletizing and moving inventory throughout the warehouse
• Keep workstations clean and organized throughout the shift
• Support team members and supervisors with daily production goals
