Bring to the Table

• 1+ years of experience
• Strong general repair/handyman skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Comfortable with snow removal duties and outdoor work in winter
• Reliable, professional, and safety-focused
• HVAC or EPA certification a plus

Day-to-Day 

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout the property
• Complete work orders for repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC (basic),and general handyman tasks
• Snow removal around buildings, walkways, and parking areas during winter months
• Assist with unit turns and inspections
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal of the community
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed
