Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Starts ~5:00 AM, end time varies (1:30 PM – 5:30 PM)
• 2nd Shift (planned): ~1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (flexible)
• Overtime and weekend work possible (Saturday/Sunday)
• Schedule dependent on production demands (not fixed)

What you’ll do:

• Produces dry, shelf-stable products (no refrigeration required)
• Main production areas:
  • Mixing Area: Heavy labor (lifting up to 50 lbs, pouring ingredients into blenders)
  • Packaging Lines: Light, repetitive work (jars and pouches)
  • Inspect products for quality and report any issues
• Use tools like a pro
• Stay safe, organized, and on pace
• Meet daily production goals
• Be part of a solid crew

The Real Deal On What You Need:

• Diploma or GED preferred
• Assembly, warehouse, or production work is a big plus
• Be able to put together parts and products
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand on your feet during your shift
• Long-term employment preferred
• Must complete:
  • E-Verify
  • Reference checks
  • GMP & food safety training documentation
• English not required; bilingual preferred but not mandatory
