8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:

Executive Support & Coordination

  • Serve as the primary liaison for executives, managing calendars, priorities, and access
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues

Office Operations

  • Support daily operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company policies
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across all levels

Communication & Documentation

  • Draft and review reports, presentations, and executive correspondence
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication across departments

Project & Event Management

  • Coordinate meetings, events, and executive initiatives
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up documentation

Data & Information Management

  • Research, analyze, and summarize data to support decision-making
  • Maintain accurate records, schedules, and databases

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 4–7 years of executive or senior administrative support experience
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems
