Can You Run the Floor?
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field preferred
- 5–8 years of warehouse, logistics, or materials management experience in manufacturing
- SAP warehouse/inventory management experience required
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong inventory control, logistics, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills
- Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain)
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, staging, shipping, and material handling
- Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff
- Improve warehouse layout, workflows, productivity, and safety
- Establish KPIs for shipping performance, inventory accuracy, and efficiency
Inventory Control
- Manage cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and inventory accuracy
- Monitor raw materials, components, and finished goods levels
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
SAP & Systems
- Manage SAP warehouse and inventory transactions
- Improve SAP processes for receiving, transfers, adjustments, and reporting
- Create SOPs and train staff on warehouse systems
Logistics & Shipping
- Oversee inbound materials and outbound customer shipments
- Coordinate freight carriers and logistics providers
- Ensure proper packaging, shipping documentation, and compliance
Safety & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain OSHA and company safety standards
- Support lean manufacturing and process improvements
- Build scalable warehouse systems to support growth
