Shift: 10 am – 11 pm, 7 days a week

These are the qualifications that matter.

• Previous experience required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds
• Prepare and cook food items on the grill (burgers, steaks, chicken, seafood, etc.) according to recipes and customer specifications
• Monitor grill temperatures and cooking times to ensure food quality and safety standards are met
• Season, marinate, and portion food prior to cooking
• Maintain a clean and organized grill station, including proper sanitation practices
