How You’ll Make It Happen:

• No previous warehouse experience required
• Ability to lift 50–80 lbs. on a regular basis
• Comfortable working in a dusty, dirty, and industrial warehouse environment
• Must wear work clothing suitable for physically demanding and dirty conditions
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to read and follow pick sheets accurately
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and ability to work independently
• Able to perform frequent physical tasks including lifting, bending, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, and reaching
• Comfortable working in tight spaces and at heights

Key Responsibilities

• Pull boxes manually using pick sheets to fulfill daily orders accurately
• Palletize boxes and meet daily production goals (minimum 4 pallets / 160 boxes per day)
• Lift and move boxes weighing 50–80 lbs. consistently throughout the shift
• Load and unload boxes from pallets, carts, and storage areas without assistance
• Operate manual pallet jacks, dollies, and other material handling equipment
• Work safely on scaffolding and elevated platforms while maintaining 3-point contact
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete additional warehouse duties as assigned
