Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous customer service, call center, administrative support, or related experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry and recordkeeping skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, CRM systems, and other computer applications
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries regarding products, services, accounts, and billing
- Resolve customer complaints by processing refunds, adjusting bills, exchanging merchandise, or providing appropriate solutions
- Investigate customer concerns and provide follow-up communication on claim results, account updates, or next steps
- Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department for further review and resolution
- Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken in company systems
- Maintain professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction
- Meet productivity, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction goals
